  • 5 days/4 nights accommodations at Pendle Hill

  • 2 Transpersonal Breathwork sessions (one as a breather, one as a sitter)

  • 3 fresh, farm-to-table meals/day plus snacks

  • daily yoga, intuitive movement, mindfulness meditation, and functional strength training practices

  • 2 private + 2 group coaching sessions with Debra Redman

  • wholebeing workshops with Prasada

  • free wifi 

What’s not included:

  • all flights (round-trip flight to PHL)

  • transportation to/from Pendle Hill which is a 20-minute drive from PHL airport

  • travel insurance (highly recommended that you purchase)

The culinary mission of Pendle Hill reflects its values of love, prioritizing nutrition, and well-being. Cooks prepare meals with whole ingredients, crafting homemade bread, granola, and organic yogurt. Fresh fruits and vegetables, including seasonal offerings from the garden, infuse each dish with vibrant flavors and nourishment.

Entrees cater to diverse preferences, featuring fish, fowl, meat, and vegetarian options. For those preferring vegetarian or vegan fare, alternative dishes are thoughtfully provided at every meal. The dining experience at Pendle Hill is a celebration of wholesome ingredients and mindful eating.

You'll begin by filling out the Application, where you'll share a bit about yourself, your contact information, and your aspirations for joining the retreat.

The application includes a dedicated section for your health background information and a participant agreement.

Once your application is approved, you'll be emailed a link to schedule a time to talk with Debra. This will give you change to ask any questions you have to help you decide if this retreat is a good fit for you!

Step 3: Complete Your Registration

Complete Your Registration

After reviewing your application, you will get a link via email to pay a non-refundable $1,000 Deposit to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit is part of your total retreat investment and confirms your commitment to this transformative experience.

RETREAT SCHOLARSHIP FUND

We understand that some may need financial support to attend the retreats, and others in our community would like to support these opportunities.

At this time, we are building a Retreat Scholarship Fund and would greatly appreciate donations for this purpose.

Once we have resources available, we'll announce the scholarship application process.
